KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build & maintain strong relationships with clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

Sales & Business Development

Promote investment casting solutions to target industries.

Prepare technical presentations, proposals & quotations.

Negotiate contracts, pricing & terms to close deals.

Travel & On-Site Engagement

Travel extensively to meet clients & attend trade shows.

Represent the company at industry events & exhibitions.

Desk & Administrative Work

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts & reports.

Collaborate with teams to align customer requirements.

Use CRM tools to track leads & customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.

Strong technical understanding of investment casting processes and applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to balance desk-based tasks with frequent travel.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
