Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Handle customer enquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and customization options.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for order processing.
Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely order closure.
Maintain customer and sales records.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams whenever required.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Confident and professional approach.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Previous experience in sales will be preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
