Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products, generate new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, online platforms, and customer visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.

• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Purchase, and Accounts for smooth order execution.

• Maintain accurate customer records in ERP/CRM.

Marketing

• Promote company products and services through various marketing activities.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.

• Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.

• Coordinate digital marketing activities with the marketing team.

• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with management.

Customer Service

• Ensure timely communication with customers.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

• Follow up on pending orders and payments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Experience in the Flavours, Fragrances, Food Ingredients, FMCG, Chemical, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Market research and competitor analysis.

• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• ERP/CRM knowledge is preferred.

• Ability to travel for customer visits.
