Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients 

• Promote the laboratory’s analytical, microbiological, chemical, and nutritional testing services.

• Generate leads through market research, field visits, and networking with potential customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.

• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM or reports.

• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to represent the organization.

• Approach customers proactively to confirm whether analytical reports are being received on time.

• Gather customer feedback on report quality, turnaround time, and overall service experience.

• Key Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of food testing parameters and industry standards (FSSAI, NABL, ISO, etc.) preferred.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a result-driven approach.

• Good presentation and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
