Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female B2B Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Pitch and present company services to decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales / client acquisition (Freshers with strong communication can also apply).
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.
Comfortable with client meetings (online/offline).
