Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth through effective sales strategies, business development, client relationship management, and brand positioning. This role involves leading and motivating the sales & marketing team, conducting client visits, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of sales targets in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve targets and ensure professional growth.
Plan and conduct regular client visits (domestic & international) to strengthen relationships and generate business opportunities.
Identify and develop new market segments, clients, and opportunities.
Drive lead generation, enquiry follow-ups, quotations, and negotiations to secure orders.
Oversee marketing initiatives including digital marketing, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, MIS reports, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Ensure strong after-sales service coordination and maintain customer retention.
Monitor and review team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular training/mentoring sessions.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualification & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
1 - 2 years of proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in capital goods/pharma machinery.
Experience in leading a sales team and handling key client accounts.
