Job description:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Order Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, processing orders, acknowledging receipts, and managing all queries related to order status, specifications, and delivery.
IATF 16949 Compliance: Act as the primary liaison for all customer-specific IATF requirements. Coordinate the timely submission of all compliance documentation and support customer audits from preparation to follow-up.
Internal Coordination: Liaise effectively with Production for schedule updates, Quality Assurance for compliance data, Logistics for shipment tracking, and Finance for invoicing and payments.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain impeccable customer records, track KPIs (On-Time Delivery, etc.), and manage the filing system for all quality and compliance records.
Communication Skill : Professionally communicate with Customer in terms of verbal and written.
IT Skill : Proficient in Data management through Excel and ERP.
Relocation : Willing to relocate nearby Greater Noida.
Client Relationship Building: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
