Sales Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze trends
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and closing deals with customers
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
Marketing Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Promote products/services through advertising, promotions, and branding activities
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content
Manage social media, digital marketing, and lead-generation activities
Enhance brand visibility and market presence
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for marketing initiatives
Management & Coordination
Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets
Coordinate between sales, marketing, and other departments
Track ROI of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
Train and mentor sales and marketing staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Present regular performance updates to senior management
Customer Relationship & Growth
Handle key customer accounts and resolve escalations
Improve customer satisfaction and retention
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements
Drive long-term business growth and brand loyalty
