Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Person
Location: Vasai East, Mumbai (field travel as required)
Company: Jyoti Enterprise – Manufacturer of PVC moulds for precast concrete products.
Role Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing customers for PVC moulds used in precast concrete products, contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business through intensive cold calling and follow‑ups with potential customers in the PVC mould and precast concrete market.
Convert leads into orders by applying strong sales techniques and persuasive communication to meet and exceed sales targets.
Use prior knowledge of PVC moulds, related products, and industry trends to explain benefits, handle objections, and guide customers to the right product selection.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients over phone, email, and in‑person meetings, ensuring a positive customer experience and repeat business.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
2–3 years of experience in sales; experience in building materials, construction, or manufacturing products is an added advantage.
Two‑wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Result‑oriented with ability to work independently in the field.
Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office; CRM is a plus).
