Position: Sales Executive – Construction Materials

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Architecture / Builders & Developers

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience: 0–2 Years

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent

Reporting To: Executive Director

Preferred: Male / Female candidates

Requirement: Valid Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler and willingness to travel for client and site visits

💼 Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.

- Handle and build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors and clients.

- Generate leads, conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into customers.

- Attend client meetings, site visits and project discussions.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Present and demonstrate company products/services to clients.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.

- Prepare and coordinate quotations, estimates and BOQs as required.

- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.

- Coordinate with architects, clients, vendors and contractors throughout the project.

- Monitor project/site work and coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure timely execution.

- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and provide necessary support and guidance.

- Ensure projects/work are completed within the defined timeline, quality standards and budget.

- Maintain records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.

- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management.
