Experience

• 0–4 years of experience in B2B sales.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through IndiaMART, Sulekha, referrals, and direct client visits.

• Promote and sell UPS systems, inverters, batteries, stabilizers, rental services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and buyback offers.

• Identify and develop business opportunities with hospitals, IT companies, factories, hotels, and other commercial establishments.

• Visit customer sites, assess power load requirements, and coordinate with the technical team to prepare quotations.

• Handle tenders, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and obtain purchase orders from customers.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.

• Update all leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM on a daily basis.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, purchase managers, and key decision-makers to generate repeat business.
  

Requirements

• Basic technical knowledge of KVA ratings, backup time calculations, and battery sizing.

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Tamil and English.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Strong customer relationship management and lead follow-up skills.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
