Are you a results-driven marketer with a passion for renewable energy? We are looking for Marketing Managers (Solar EPC) to join our team and drive the next wave of solar adoption across India!

Whether it’s rooftop installations for industrial hubs or massive ground-mounted projects, we need a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between engineering excellence and market demand.

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our project pipeline. You won't just be "promoting"—you’ll be positioning complex solar solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

What You’ll Do

• Strategize: Develop high-impact marketing plans for Rooftop and Ground-Mounted EPC projects.

• Generate Leads: Drive demand through digital campaigns, strategic partnerships, and institutional outreach.

• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Engineering teams to turn technical specs into winning proposals.

• Network: Build lasting relationships with developers, consultants, and government bodies.

• Analyze: Monitor competitor moves and market trends to keep us ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–3 years in Solar EPC, renewable infrastructure, or construction marketing.

• Knowledge: A solid grasp of solar project models and the Indian energy landscape.

• Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing, and analytics.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Renewable Energy (MBA is a plus!).

• Communication: Ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling stories.
