Job Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive who can understand customers’ preferences, recommend the right jewellery and convert every store visit into a memorable buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a warm, premium in-store experience.

- Understand customers’ needs, occasions, style preferences and budgets.

- Present and explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing and offers.

- Recommend suitable products and support customers in making purchase decisions.

- Achieve individual and store-level monthly sales targets.

- Follow up with store visitors, enquiries and potential customers.

- Maintain long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp and Instagram.

- Assist with billing, order booking, customisation requests and delivery coordination.

- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM.

- Ensure jewellery displays, counters and the sales floor remain clean and well organised.

- Stay updated about new collections, product knowledge, promotions and brand policies.

- Support store events, product launches and promotional activities.

- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.

- Follow all stock-handling, security and store SOPs.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion or premium retail sales.

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

- Confident, presentable and target-oriented personality.

- Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend products accordingly.

- Basic knowledge of jewellery, gold and diamonds will be preferred.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems and basic computer applications.

- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; working knowledge of English is preferred.

- Willingness to work on weekends, festivals and peak retail days.
