We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong customer focus and goal orientation
