To generate two-wheeler sales, understand customer requirements, explain suitable Honda products, conduct follow-ups, and convert enquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in and online customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements, budget, usage and preferences.
Explain Honda models, variants, features, pricing and offers accurately.
Conduct product demonstrations and test rides where applicable.
Generate and follow up on leads through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
Maintain proper records of enquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with finance/insurance/documentation teams to complete the sale.
Work toward monthly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with customers after delivery and encourage referrals.
Maintain professional behaviour and showroom presentation.
Local market/customer understanding is preferred.
Performance Indicators
Monthly vehicle sales.
Lead-to-sale conversion.
Number and quality of follow-ups.
Customer satisfaction.
Finance/insurance/product penetration where applicable.
Repeat customers and referrals.
