Key Responsibilities:
· Client Interaction: Attend to High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) seeking solutions for their residential and commercial spaces.
· Deal Closure: Ensure smooth closure of deals with proper financial documentation and compliance.
· Follow-ups & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow up proactively to convert leads into successful sales.
· Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with team members to enhance overall team performance.
· Creative Input: A good sense of design and color coordination will be a strong advantage.
Requirements:
· Education: Graduate (Any stream)
· Experience: Prior client-handling or sales experience preferred. Minimum Exp. 1 Year.
· Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal communication skills; fluency in English is a definite plus
Passionate about client engagement and goal achievement
