Sales & Marketing Executive

A Sales and Marketing Manager drives revenue growth and brand visibility. They develop strategic campaigns to generate leads and manage the sales team to close deals. This role requires building brand awareness, setting budgets, analyzing market trends, and converting prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with company business objectives.

• Lead Generation: Design marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to capture high-quality leads.

• Sales Execution: Set sales quotas, manage pipelines, and establish pricing/discount strategies to maximize profitability.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing personnel, conducting regular performance reviews.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ROI on ad spend, and overall sales volume.

• Customer Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with key accounts and handle high-level client negotiations.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 5+ years of combined experience in business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, with demonstrated success in leadership roles.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern CRM software, marketing automation platforms, and sales analytics tools.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret market insights, financial data, and consumer behavior to adjust tactics accordingly.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for team leadership, client-facing interactions, and public relations.
