Sales & Marketing team

Location:

Topsia road 36 Kolkata Howrah

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) + Incentives (based on performance)

Experience Required:

Experience Required:

1 – 6+ Years

Qualification:

Graduate (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Generate and close sales through various methods such as

Cold calling

Client meetings & presentations

Field visits / door-to-door sales

Identify potential customers and

build a strong sales pipeline

Develop and maintain strong relationships with client's

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Job Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

1–6+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing

Preference for candidates from:

Construction

Cement

Real Estate industries

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Knowledge of sales techniques and closing strategies

Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)

Ability to work independently and in a team

Willingness to travel for field sales (if required)
