At Ratham, we are building a strong driver and fleet partner network and were looking for a Sales & Onboarding Executive who can drive lead generation, driver acquisition, and onboarding.
Role : Sales & On Boarding Executive
Location : Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and outreach
• Drive driver & fleet partner acquisition
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process
• Build strong relationships with drivers and fleet partners
• Handle partner queries and ensure smooth operations
• Track performance and conversions using Excel dashboards
• Support field activities when required
What Were Looking For
• 3 to 4 years in Sales / Mobility / Transport / Operations / Logistics / Business Development.
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Experience in lead generation / onboarding / partner acquisition
• Target-driven with a high ownership mindset
• Comfortable with calling + coordination + occasional field work
• Good knowledge of Excel
