We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives who can drive business growth through effective client interaction, lead generation, and sales conversion in the real estate, construction, and interior segment.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will play a vital role in expanding The Raj Bhawan’s client base, generating leads, and closing sales for construction and interior projects. The role requires strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients — from initial inquiry to project conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads for construction and interior design projects through networking, site visits, and digital channels.
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present company services and project portfolios effectively.
Coordinate with the design and technical teams to prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain continuous communication with potential and existing clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and quotations to ensure timely conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Business Head.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
Prepare periodic sales reports and share feedback with the Business Head.
Ensure high standards of professionalism, service quality, and client satisfaction at every stage.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction, real estate, interiors, or related industries).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Local market knowledge in assigned location (Ranchi, Lucknow, or NOIDA) will be an advantage.
