Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wall panel segment
Generate leads through field visits, references, and online platforms
Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders
Conduct product presentations and site visits
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Coordinate with the operations and installation team for project execution
Maintain CRM data and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in interior products, building materials, furniture, or wall panels)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good network with architects/interior designers is a plus
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Willingness to travel for client meetings
