The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships to drive business growth and expand our presence in the exhibition market.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities within the exhibition and events industry. They will connect with brands, exhibitors, and companies participating in trade shows and pitch stall design and fabrication services to potential clients. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The candidate will coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Attending exhibitions, expos, and networking events for lead generation will be an important part of the role, along with maintaining a proper client database and ensuring regular follow-ups.
Requirements
The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the exhibition industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a basic understanding of stall design, events, or fabrication, which will be considered an added advantage.
