Job Overview

RVS Studioz Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate revenue by converting leads into customers. The candidate will be responsible for closing deals for salon-at-home, photography, and videography services.

This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities

Convert qualified leads generated through Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) into paying customers
Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
Identify additional potential clients through networking and referrals
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages
Handle objections and negotiate effectively
Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable with phone calls and client interactions
Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion
Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
