🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle •customer enquiries, leads, and follow-ups••.
Manage CRM and maintain accurate •customer databases••.
Drive •sales and customer conversions••.
Build and maintain strong •customer relationships••.
Handle leads from •WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, exhibitions, and references••.
Manage •customer engagement and post-sales follow-ups••.
Support sales activities during •exhibitions and events••.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
👤 CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, CRM, or a related role.
Experience in •jewellery or luxury retail•• is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and customer databases.
• Sales-oriented with strong attention to detail.
