Ikaaya Realty is a fast-growing and trusted real estate company in Dehradun. We specialize in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties across the city. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ground Work & Client Visits: Actively engage in fieldwork, meet with potential clients, and understand their property needs.
Handle Incoming Calls: Manage all incoming telecalling inquiries from interested buyers and sellers.
Property Visits: Schedule and conduct property visits, showcasing sites and homes to clients.
Property Sourcing: Find new properties for sale by contacting owners, builders, and visiting different areas.
Owner Communication: Regularly call and build relationships with property owners to get new listings.
Daily Reporting: Maintain a clear and accurate daily report of all activities, visits, and calls.
Requirements:
Qualification: Must have an MBA (Marketing or Business preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in a sales-focused role. (Experience in real estate is a major plus).
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong personality and ability to build client relationships.
Must be willing to do "ground work" and travel within Dehradun.
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler for easy travel to client meetings and property visits.
