Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and client-focused individual who can manage client relationships and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between clients and the internal creative/media teams, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities for the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and long-term relationships. Pitch agency services (ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, Branding, Events, etc.) and close deals. Understand client requirements and brief the internal teams (design, digital, media) effectively Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking events.
Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns, creatives, and other deliverables.
Handle client queries, feedback, and coordinate revisions or approvals as required.
Present campaign reports, performance metrics, and insights to clients.
Upsell services by identifying client needs and proposing value additions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Maintain and update a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of advertising services (ATL/BTL/Digital).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, team player with a growth mindset.
