We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive – Commercial Kitchen Equipment

Office: Plot No 6/2/0-8 & 6/3/0-8, East Krishna Vihar Najafgarh New Delhi-110043 (Near Dhansa Metro Station)

Territory: North India; travel as required

Role Summary

Generate B2B sales for commercial kitchen equipment and develop new business across Hotels, Restaurants, QSRs, Kitchen Consultants, Dealers, Corporate Accounts and Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in running hotels/restaurants and upcoming or ongoing commercial-kitchen projects.

• Build relationships with kitchen consultants and develop new customers.

• Follow up on leads, proposals and opportunities through conversion.

• Coordinate internally for smooth execution and customer support.

• Maintain regular sales reporting and report to the Director.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales, business-development, project-sales, pre-sales or technical-sales experience.

• Background in commercial kitchen equipment, food-service equipment, hospitality equipment or related kitchen-project companies is strongly preferred.

• Mixed technical-sales/pre-sales experience is welcome.

• B.Tech or similar qualification; Sales & Marketing exposure preferred.

• Hindi and English communication skills.

• Valid driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.

• Willingness to travel across North India. Relocation candidates may be considered.

Employment Details

• Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month

• Permanent company payroll; joining ASAP

• Five-day week; Saturday and Sunday off; 8 working hours per day

• Probation: 6 months | Notice period: 1 month

• Benefits: ₹5 lakh individual medical insurance, gratuity, bonus, laptop and mobile

• PF and ESIC are currently not applicable
