We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive – Commercial Kitchen Equipment

Najafgarh, New Delhi | 2 openings | ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month + sales incentives

Parabot Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced sales professional for commercial kitchen equipment sales and B2B business development across North India.

Enjoy a five-day working week, travel and fuel reimbursement, and opportunities to develop business with hotels, restaurants, QSRs, kitchen consultants, dealers, corporate accounts and institutions.

Who should apply

You must have at least 5 years of relevant sales, business-development, project-sales, pre-sales or technical-sales experience, a valid driving licence, your own vehicle and willingness to travel across North India.

Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, food-service equipment, hospitality equipment or kitchen-project companies is strongly preferred. Candidates with mixed technical-sales and pre-sales experience are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities in operating hotels and restaurants and upcoming commercial-kitchen projects.
• Generate B2B leads and develop new customers across hospitality, corporate and institutional accounts.
• Build relationships with kitchen consultants and dealers.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and sales opportunities through conversion.
• Coordinate internally for project execution and customer support.
• Maintain regular sales reports and report to the Director.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• B.Tech or a similar qualification.
• Hindi and English communication skills.
• Lead generation, business development, customer relationship management and sales follow-up.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel across North India.

Employment and benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month.
• Additional compensation: Sales incentives plus travel and fuel reimbursement.
• Permanent employment on company payroll.
• Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm.
• Saturday and Sunday off.
• ₹5 lakh individual medical insurance, gratuity and bonus.
• Laptop and mobile provided.
• Probation: 6 months.
• Notice period: 1 month.
• Joining: As soon as possible.
• PF and ESIC are currently not applicable.

Location

Office: East Krishna Vihar, Najafgarh, New Delhi–110043, near Dhansa Metro Station.
Territory: North India; travel as required.
Candidates willing to relocate may be considered.
