Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Marketing Executive – Field Sales for the interiors industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, visiting sites, coordinating with architects/interior designers, and promoting interior solutions and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through field visits, references, and direct marketing.

• Meet homeowners, builders, architects, contractors, and interior designers to promote company services.

• Conduct site visits and understand client requirements.

• Explain interior solutions, products, and project offerings to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into projects.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

• Coordinate with the design and execution team for smooth project handling.

• Maintain daily reports of client meetings, site visits, and sales activities.

• Identify market trends and competitor activities in the interiors segment.

Requirements

• Experience in field sales/marketing, preferably in interiors, furniture, construction, or real estate industry.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling.

• Strong customer handling and presentation skills.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
