Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, generating leads, handling client interactions, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to travel, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Activities
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch company products and services.
· Conduct product presentations, explain features/benefits, and handle customer queries.
· Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, networking, and field activities.
· Identify potential markets and customers to increase business opportunities.
· Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales materials with clients.
· Close sales deals and work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Travel to different cities for client meetings, product demos, and business negotiations.
· Visit customer sites to understand requirements and build strong business relationships.
Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Marketing Activities
· Assist in executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
· Support digital marketing activities such as social media promotions and campaign follow-ups.
· Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet targets.
· Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
· Knowledge of CRM tools, AI Tools and MS Office.
· Energetic, confident, and result-driven personality.
