Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute sales and marketing activities for construction and industrial projects
Generate leads and promote services for hotels, hospitals, schools, industries, FMCG, and training programs
Conduct meetings with contractors, architects, consultants, PMC, and MEP teams
Handle client presentations, discussions, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and approvals
Support marketing advertisements, promotions, and brand-building activities
Participate in industry meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Prepare and support business planning, annual sales plans, and marketing strategies
Track sales performance against annual plans and targets
Maintain client data, sales pipelines, MIS, and activity reports
Work towards achieving assigned sales and marketing targets
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills
Ability to interact with contractors, architects, PMC & MEP professionals
Understanding of business planning and annual sales targets
Basic knowledge of construction, industrial, FMCG, and training sectors
Relationship-building and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
