Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and handling leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting site visits, presenting suitable properties, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital campaigns, and other sales activities.

• Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.

• Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and investment benefits.

• Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with marketing, channel partners, developers, finance, and documentation teams.

• Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.

• Stay updated on property inventory, market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

• Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and performance reports.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM software.

• Ability to work in a field-sales environment and attend client meetings/site visits.

Qualification & Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, automobile, telecom, or other customer-facing industries.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

• Hindi and English communication skills required; additional local language is an advantage.
