Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Mtandt Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for customer registration management, CRM administration, MIS reporting, sales coordination, and marketing support activities, ensuring accurate data management and seamless business operations. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month and an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer/vendor registration processes, renewals, and documentation across client portals.

• Maintain and update customer, lead, and opportunity data in the CRM system.

• Ensure CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and timely updates by sales teams.

• Prepare and circulate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and sales performance reports.

• Track enquiries, quotations, orders, collections, and sales pipeline status.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for management review.

• Support the sales team with customer documentation and tender submissions.

• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for document collection, approvals, and onboarding activities.

• Generate CRM and business analytics reports to support management decision-making.

• Maintain customer databases, contracts, and business records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, MIS Reporting, Sales Coordination, or Marketing Support. Experience in B2B, Industrial Equipment, Construction Equipment, Manufacturing, Engineering Services, or Rental businesses preferred.
