Key Responsibilities:
Research and build lists of potential delegates.
Contact prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Pitch event value and convert prospects into confirmed delegates.
Maintain CRM records and track daily outreach.
Coordinate with marketing and event teams for lead nurturing.
Meet weekly/monthly acquisition targets.
Key Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Good research ability and lead-generation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Basic CRM and MS Office/Google Sheets knowledge.
Experience:
0–3 years in sales, inside sales, delegate acquisition, or business development
