We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role involving regular visits to customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and other potential clients.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, finding new customers, generating leads, following up on enquiries, and developing sales in the assigned area. Maintaining good relationships with existing customers and understanding their requirements will also be an important part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and potential clients regularly.

• Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.

• Promote company products and explain their features and benefits.

• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and business partners.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

• Keep track of market activities and competitor products.

• Share customer and market feedback with the team.

• Maintain basic records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, field sales, or business development.

• Experience in paints, building materials, construction, hardware, or a related industry will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with regular field travel and customer meetings.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
