We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive with strong B2B sales experience to expand MagicEco’s client base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic field sales and marketing initiatives.
Identify and generate new B2B leads in the hospitality, restaurant, catering, and corporate sectors.
Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase MagicEco’s product range.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat sales and long-term partnerships.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close profitable deals.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand activations.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities, client feedback, and target achievements.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in packaging, FMCG, or eco-friendly product sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
