A Sales and Marketing Team Leader drives revenue by guiding strategy, managing teams, and overseeing campaigns, focusing on setting targets, coaching staff (recruiting, training, motivating), analyzing performance data, and ensuring alignment between sales efforts (driving leads) and marketing campaigns (building brand/generating interest) to achieve business goals and market growth, bridging operations with leadership. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop integrated sales & marketing plans, identify market opportunities, research consumers, and set sales quotas/budgets.

• Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales/marketing teams; delegate tasks and provide regular feedback.

• Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with sales objectives.

• Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze sales/marketing data, report on trends, and adjust strategies for better results.

• Collaboration: Liaise with product, PR, and other departments to ensure unified messaging and smooth operations.

• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
