Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via networking, referrals, and cold outreach. [1]
Consultative Selling: Evaluate client profiles, understand their immigration goals (e.g., study, work, or PR), and recommend suitable visa pathways. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Proposal & Closing: Prepare customized visa application proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales. [1, 2]
Client Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing queries and keeping them updated on application statuses. [1, 2, 3]
Documentation Support: Coordinate with the documentation/processing team to ensure the client's file meets government immigration requirements. [1, 2]
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. [1, 2, 3]
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven B2B or B2C sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in immigration, travel, or legal services.
Knowledge Base: General understanding of global visa categories, immigration laws, and point-based systems.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, and strong interpersonal skills to build trust.
