Follow-Up & CRM Management • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients. • Update lead status in CRM regularly. • Ensure no lead is missed or delayed. • Maintain proper documentation of client details. 4. Target Achievement • Achieve daily calling targets. • Complete assigned site visit targets. • Meet monthly booking targets. • Improve conversion ratio consistently. 5. Market Knowledge • Stay updated with project details and pricing. • Understand competitor projects and market trends. • Share market feedback with Team Leader. 6. Coordination • Coordinate with TL, Sales Head, CRM, and Legal team. • Ensure smooth documentation and booking process. • Support customers until final closure omand payment.
