LabGrownBox is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on expanding our customer base, driving sales growth, and delivering an exceptional client experience in the luxury lab-grown diamond and jewelry industry. Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and follow-ups.
Promote LabGrownBox products and services by understanding customer preferences and requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with jewelry and luxury market trends to develop competitive sales strategies.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance updates to the management team.
Maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to close deals effectively and build long-term client relationships.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for luxury products and sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-growing brand
