We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful project sales. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, client-handling ability, and knowledge of the real estate market.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects

Handle client meetings, site visits, and negotiations

Generate leads through various channels (digital, referrals, brokers, etc.)

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Ensure proper follow-up and closure of deals

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaigns and lead management

💼 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Proven experience in real estate sales (mandatory)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Good knowledge of local property market

Experience in plotted developments / township projects

Channel partner network handling

CRM software knowledge
