We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the sales of TATA genuine spare parts across Sambalpur and surrounding regions. This role focuses exclusively on the TATA brand and involves direct engagement with 4-wheeler retailers, dealers, and workshops to strengthen our market presence.
Promote and sell TATA-branded spare parts to an established network of retailers and dealers, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies, providing actionable insights to management.
Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and timely collection of payments.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Education: Graduate degree or Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical stream preferred).
Experience: 3 - 7 years in automobile spare parts sales or 4-wheeler field sales.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities; strong market awareness.
License & Mobility: Valid two-wheeler license with a personal bike is mandatory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
