The role blends high-touch sales, brand storytelling, and local marketing initiatives to deliver an exceptional client experience while driving revenue and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

Deliver a personalized, luxury-level customer experience through fragrance consultation and storytelling
Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
Build long-term relationships with high-value and repeat clients
Maintain deep product knowledge across fragrances, ingredients, and brand heritage
Handle billing, POS operations, and customer follow-ups professionally
