Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales Cum Digital Marketing Executive to drive sales growth through field activities while managing digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. This role combines on-ground sales, office coordination, and online marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Field Activities

• Generate leads through field visits, tie-ups, and corporate outreach.

• Promote ThrillD services to schools, colleges, corporates, and walk-in customers.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and memberships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile).

• Create basic content, captions, posters, and promotional creatives (with design support if required).

• Run and monitor digital campaigns, offers, and promotions.

• Respond to online inquiries, messages, and comments promptly.

Office & Coordination Work

• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Maintain customer data and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

• Coordinate with operations and management teams for smooth execution of bookings and events.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing, or digital marketing preferred.

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and online promotions.

• Strong communication, convincing, and presentation skills.

• Target-oriented, creative, and self-motivated.

• Willingness to handle both field and office responsibilities.
