1. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs, post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the orientation process for new hires.
Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing payroll processing, managing health insurance, tracking time-off, and negotiating competitive benefits packages.
Employee Relations: Acting as a bridge between management and employees, addressing workplace grievances, mediating conflicts, and enforcing disciplinary policies.
Performance Management: Developing appraisal systems, tracking productivity, and identifying employee training and career development opportunities.
Compliance & Policy: Formulating workplace policies and ensuring that all company practices adhere to local employment laws and labor regulations.
2. Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in HR roles (e.g., HR Officer, Generalist, or Specialist).
