Sales Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and market research
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product/service demos
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
Marketing Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Support brand visibility through digital marketing, social media, events, and promotions
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs
Coordinate with internal teams for promotional activities and campaigns
Track and report campaign performance and ROI
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and client records
Coordinate with operations/accounts teams for order execution and payment follow-ups
Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage
Experience in Client Connects data and lead generation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel as per business requirements
