We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at at Hirehut. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Individual will be responsible for new client sales along with upsell & cross selling.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.
Responsible to generate opportunities apart from what is provided by central marketing team via multiple channels (BD, MOU sign-ups, BTL activities, out station events etc.).
Play a role of SPOC for the clients who are brought on board.
Achieve monthly revenue targets, driving the studio's financial growth utilising all revenue points.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and work closely as a business partner to achieve shared goals.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
