We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible female B2B Sales Executive to handle business enquiries and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming business enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website, exhibitions, and referrals

• Communicate with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and bulk buyers

• Understand customer requirements such as:

  • Product type

  • Quantity

  • Packaging

  • Delivery location

• Explain product details, pricing, MOQ, packaging options, and business terms clearly

• Perform quick calculations while speaking with customers, including:

  • GST calculation

  • Discount calculation

  • Per kg / per pouch cost

  • Transport / logistics charges

  • Final landed cost

• Use calculator / smartphone / Excel for fast and accurate calculations

• Prepare quotations and order details

• Follow up with leads and maintain customer records

• Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and internal team for smooth order processing

• Resolve basic customer queries regarding payment, billing, and dispatch

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Female candidates only

• Freshers can apply

• Experience in sales / telecalling / customer handling is a plus

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

• Confidence in talking to customers on call

• Polite and professional behavior

• Basic mathematics should be strong

• Fast calculation ability using calculator

• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge

• Responsible and disciplined

Smartphone Requirement

Company will provide an official SIM card for business communication.

Candidate must have:

• Personal smartphone

• Ability to insert company SIM

• Ability to use WhatsApp for customer communication
