1. Lead Handling & Client Acquisition
Handle fresh leads generated from digital marketing, references, campaigns, and inquiries
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and follow-ups
Build strong sales pipelines and maintain conversion ratios
2. Client Consultation
Understand client requirements related to business setup, immigration, expansion, or consultancy needs
Explain relevant services in a clear, professional, and convincing manner
Suggest best-fit solutions based on client goals
3. Sales Conversion
Present proposals and pricing professionally
Resolve objections confidently
Negotiate and close deals successfully
Achieve individual monthly sales targets
4. Relationship Management
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Ensure positive client experience from inquiry to onboarding
Generate repeat business and referrals
5. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with documentation / operations team after client closure
Ensure timely handover and service execution
6. Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain daily activity reports
Update lead status regularly in CRM / Excel
Track follow-ups, closures, and pending opportunities
