Gigawatt Energy Private Limited is seeking dynamic and results-driven B2B & B2C Sales Executives to expand our customer base in the solar power and electrical solutions market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Develop and manage B2B and B2C sales for solar power systems and electrical products
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and referrals
Meet architects, builders, EPC contractors, distributors, and end customers
Promote solar rooftop systems, inverters, panels, and electrical solutions
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
1–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (solar or electrical industry preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical products is an advantage
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
